After a 3 year managerial stint at Citibank, I now teach at K.C.Thackeray Vidya Niketan English medium school, a low-income government school in Pune, India.

This blog is a reflection of my journey through a two-year fellowship program called Teach For India and how it in many ways has influenced my ASTITVA.

    Hey!

Great to see that even other managerial interested people have the guts to fight educational disadvantage.

I would kindly ask you to answer a survey of mine which I need for my MBA disseration and studies that I am attending in parallel to my full time chemical engineering job with Lanxess. Actually Lanxess is a supporter of Teach for India and thats how I got excited about the leadership and education program.

Please be aware that especially with the statement rating within the first part of the survey there is no such a thing as right of wrong. I am more looking for internal and external ratings and raw data… If you do not fill that in please move on to the later parts (no question is mandatory and all answers are given anonymous).

Anyway, I do not wanna bore your pants of – so here is the link:

Thanks for your help and please forward the survey link to other TFI fellows if you do not mind cheers * M
